Lance has been providing Consulting services for Industrial and Food Processing companies for well over 27 years. He developed a passion for engineering and maintenance at an early age and has continued to develop his skills and expertise with a goal of satisfactory solutions to every customer services. Lance is married with 11 children and loves to play paintball.
